Se graduó como Ingeniera Agrícola por la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) y acreditó la especialidad en Propiedad Industrial e Intelectual en la Universidad Panamericana (UP).

Con más de 30 años de experiencia, es Consultor Senior para patentamiento nacional e internacional y atiende diversos seminarios y congresos nacionales e internacionales.
Beatriz is a Senior Patent Consultant with over 30 years of experience specialized in filing and registration procedures of PCT national phase, Patents, Utility Models and Industrial Designs in Mexico She leads the Patent team providing consulting to foreign and domestically clients, and is an active member of the Patent Committee of the Mexican Industrial Property Association (AMPPI).
